Uptown & Humboldt

Uptown & Humboldt has been a mainstay in the Denver food truck scene since January 2020, helmed by Chef Gio Diaz and Hayden Hess. The menu features Mediterranean specialties including gyros and more eclectic fare inspired by their travels around the world.
